The clinic offers a telehealth platform for patients that are appropriate to be seen via electronic means.
For an appointment to meet the criteria for telehealth services, the patient must have access to a device capable of connecting to the internet via ethernet cable, wifi or cellular connection. The provider must be able to see and hear the patient during the encounter.
Patients will need to initiate contact or answer staff phone calls or text messages prior to the appointment in order to be checked in. Patients will then join the session via doxy.me link 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. The scheduled provider will see you waiting in the virtual waiting room and will join when available.
